Poker Vault is built with your privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal information. The app functions entirely offline.

1 No Data Collection

Poker Vault does not collect, store, or share any personal information. The app functions entirely offline and does not request, save, or transmit any user data to any server, service, or third party.

All session data, bankroll figures, and profile settings you enter are stored exclusively in a local SQLite database on your own device. This data never leaves your iPhone.

2 No Internet Required

The app works without an internet connection. It does not send or receive any data and does not track or monitor your in-app behaviour. There are no background network calls of any kind.

The only network activity associated with Poker Vault is when you visit this website, which is governed by our Cookie Policy.

3 No Third-Party Services

Poker Vault does not integrate with external servers, APIs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or crash-reporting services. All data remains local to your device and is never transmitted to any third party.

We do not use Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Sentry, or any equivalent service within the app.

4 Biometric Data

If you enable the biometric lock feature (Face ID or Touch ID), authentication is handled entirely by Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. Poker Vault never accesses, stores, or transmits your biometric data. The app only receives a boolean pass/fail result from the operating system.

5 Security and Local Storage

Although no personal data is collected by us, we are committed to providing a secure and privacy-focused experience. Any data stored locally on your device — such as session history, bankroll figures, or preferences — remains entirely under your control.

You can export all data as a CSV file at any time via the Settings screen. You can also permanently wipe all data using the "Wipe All Data" option, which requires double confirmation before execution.

6 Children's Privacy

Poker Vault is intended for users aged 17 and above, consistent with Apple App Store age ratings for apps in the gambling-adjacent category. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used this app and you have concerns, please contact us at pokervault.team@gmail.com.

8 Changes to This Policy

We will not make changes that reduce your privacy protections without clearly communicating them.
